Meet the Instructor

Hi I'm Mary Ann.  
Here's a little bit about me, I'm a nurse turned Intuitive Energy Practitioner who specializes in holding space for others to release the wounds of the past to present and heal your heart through the release of emotions/energy, connecting to your soul space. My practice and message really speaks and guides others to reclaiming people's power, reclaiming their voice and learning how to hear your own Soul and Intuition speak through a foundation of love. 
I'm known to help individuals to meditate when they've never meditated before and quiet the noise in their mind to feel peace. 
I tap into a variety of energy healing modalities such as reiki, earth energy, breathwork, intuitive messages, sound bath healing, chakra healing, oracle cards, intuitive messages, light language and hypnotherapy.
